Large Country Kitchen with Aga

My wife and I own a lovely large Farmhouse set in over 2.5 acres of land and gardens, we have been letting out rooms now for quite a few years. We can accommodate a Monday To Friday Let. It's really lovely and very spacious accommodation. The Farmhouse is in the heart of the Ribble Valley within easy access of the A59 and near the 1 star Michelin Northcote Manor Hotel and Restaurant. Also close by is the large BAE aerospace employer, and we have a local pub nearby. Any professional wishing to rent a room has easy access into Preston, Blackburn, Clitheroe and you can commute from here to Manchester, Liverpool etc. There is a train from langho that goes through to Whalley and Clitheroe or the other way to Blackburn Bolton and Manchester. We have a very large double room with a King Size Bed, lots of wardrobe space, Wifi, Armchair. TV Point and aerial. We have our own on suite so You would have use of a large luxury bathroom with large Power shower and roll top bath with glorious scenic views. We have a large Kitchen and dining area and love cooking on the aga and sharing a glass of wine or two. Fridge and cupboard space is no problem. Parking is no problem either as we have a large parking area opposite and room for a bike if needed can be stored. There is a large garden and additional land of 2.5 acres with stream running through it so very idyllic. Lots of birdlife and nature etc. We are looking for a professional person with a good reference who enjoys a glass of wine, good food and with a happy friendly nature and a positive view on life. It's only semi rural here with very good connections as the A59 is only 1 minute away by car. We need someone who does not mind cats as we hand reared 2 of them some 10 years ago.
