Share entire house with only 1 other. Read ad!

My partner and I (same sex couple) are renting out a newly decorated double room with furniture and separate walk in wardrobe.

The house mate will have full use of entire house including off road parking. We will be vacant from the house for a minimum of 40 weeks of the year.

My partner and I are teachers working overseas, leaving just 1 house mate to share with for the majority of the year.

We are looking for respectful, clean and noise considerate professionals. To enjoy our home as their own.
Bathroom is shared with the other tenant. Current tenant is very polite, kind, friendly and keeps himself to himself.

A very quiet and friendly neighbourhood.

Bills are included however a fair usage clause is in the contract, which we believe is fair. The housemate will have total use of a very large 5 bedroom house with just 1 other person for over 40 weeks of the year. As landlords we are only ever there for a few days of the year and therefore unable to regulate the heating and electricity. We will need to trust the housemates to treat the usage fairly.
