Double en suite room in a new build home

I am looking for a house mate for my double spare room with en suite.

The house is a large new build (4 years old) in Clayton-Le-Woods. 2 minutes from J28 of the M6 and a 10 minute walk from Leyland Train station.

The available room comes fully furnished with a large fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers and 2 bed side chests so plenty of storage. Sky Q is also provided in the bedroom.

All bills are included. I also have a cleaner and gardener every fortnight so minimal house work!

Along with the bedroom you will have access to the living room. The large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dish-washer. I also have a utility room with washing machine & dryer.

I have 2 children (3 & 7) who spend on average 3 nights a week with me. They are at School/nursery during the day as I work full time (normal business hours).

Looking for a laid back, friendly, very clean and tidy professional person for a long-term tenancy.
