We run a quiet NON smoking former guesthouse catering primarily for full time contract workers requiring short term accommodation or will consider retired guest on a long term basis who are very quiet and respectful to other residents. All rooms are offered on a single occupancy basis only. This room is a single bed en-suite with connected sitting room with large tv kettle microwave etc You also have access to a residents lounge with fridge micro toaster air fryer tv etc. We are ideal for Heysham power station. This room offered is on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs. Please see photos included. We are next to Sandylands promenade, bus routes, Tesco express, various takeaways and service launderette.
