Double attic room near shops local transport

A double attic room is available in a pleasant terrace near the prom, sharing top 2 floors of a large terrace house, which includes a spacious bathroom and lounge dining area, and a well equipped cabin kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer etc. TV aerial, wifi and bills are included. There is a parking space and gardens front and back.
I live in the lower 2 floors with 2 cats, (who stay downstairs,) so I'm at hand, but there is enough space for it to feel like a separate home upstairs. I garden and teach music. (Its still quiet - I practise in a separate cabin!)
M who lives upstairs is a retired woman who loves reading and Scrabble and bakes delicious bread. She is vegetarian.
Outside there is space to sit chat or sunbathe in the garden where there are chickens as pets who make delicious eggs.
Contractors and shift workers are welcome, and would find it very quiet.
