The shared kitchen is very large and has electric oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, ample cupboard space, kitchen table and TV.

Bathroom has bath, shower and toilet.

The house is in easy access to Morecambe and Heysham and will suit those working at the Power Station, M6 Link Road, National Grid and is within easy access to train station and is on a regular bus route.

Close to the promenade, supermarkets and takeaways. Local shops, facilities & town all within walking distance.

Parking is available either on the drive or outside the house.
