Double bedroom in quiet, rural area of Nelson, semi detached home with large garden and lodger will have option of own bathroom with bath and shower. Large modern kitchen shared and large conservatory that tenant can use as own living/reception room though occasional access to garden required by home owner. Full access to 200 foot garden to rear. Bills included and access to fast WiFi, driveway and garage (for storage only) if required. Room is currently furnished though not compulsory. Bedding and towels available if required. Access to washing machine, dishwasher, all necessary kitchen appliances and equipment.

Home owner is relaxed and friendly professional female working full time, often till late, with 3 small dogs living at the address. Owner spends significant time staying away from home with the dogs. Lounge and bedroom are owners own space though happy to share all other areas indoors and out.

Friendly local pub and lovely country walks on doorstep, as is access to transport networks and local amenities.

Requires considerate, responsible and respectful tenant who MUST like animals, who is clean and tidy. Available for immediate consideration though second bathroom currently being installed and bathroom may need to be shared for 2 weeks, this will be reflected in temporary reduced rate.
