I am looking for A friendly and professional housemate, must be 25 years or Over (up to 40) and must have a Job or steady source of income and be able to show proof of income.
No reference is required. A deposit of £150 is required. No Pets, and No Smokers, No Garbage.

Short Term Lets is Considered, Security Deposit (£100), 4 weeks Minimum rent in advance.

I would prefer A very clean, decent and well organised individual to share with.
