This Student property is situated within easy 10 minutes walking distance to Ormskirk Town centre and Edge Hill University. You can also take a bus which is walking distance from the house.

Inside the property there is a shared bathroom with shower , shared toilet, living room with sofa and TV. kitchen has all the kitchen utilities and back Garden.

2)A chest of drawers
3)A bedside table
4)A double wardrobe
5)A desk with chair,
6) A mirror attached to the wall.
7) A table lamp

All the bedrooms are reasonably big with a large window that over sees the garden or the main road. The house includes an iron with an ironing board, hoover, mop, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dryer. The will all be a superfast WiFi from BT.
This property is suitable for all year students attending Edge Hill University.
