The house is warm and has a large kitchen area. that you would be able to access. The local area is semi rural and peaceful with lots of local wildlife. Within a short drive are all the amenities in Ormskirk, Maghull or Southport. You will share with a mature professional couple. Next to your room is a conservatory that looks out on an interesting garden area. Next to your room is the toilet and shower room that would enable you to have your own space and privacy too. We have two small dogs that can yap until used to you. We would want a tenant who was fairly quiet and professional who works through the week.
