The available room is on the ground floor, it is fully furnished and there is also a car park around the back of the property for the tenants. Bills and wifi are included in the rent price of £118 per week.
I am willing to pay £200 per month towards the cost of the rent to make it easier for anyone trying to find somewhere that is nice but not too expensive.
