Hi everyone
I will have my spare room in my bungalow available soon.
Currently unfurnished as it has been newly painted and fresh carpet has just been laid down. Bed and furniture will be added (deciding on a bed frame or storage bed). Could be your choice. Smart TV will also be provided in your room.
Kitchen has the usual hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and airfryer.
Lounge has a recliner sofa for you to kick back and relax.
I have a private courtyard at the back ( a lovely sun trap).
My house is walking distance to the local convenience store, bus routes into the city (10 mins walk), local parks such as Avenham and Miller… and a stones throw away from River Ribble.
I’d like someone who respects my home and privacy as yours will be respected too.
You will have the run of the house mostly as I generally work all week except weekends.
This will suit a single professional who needs a quiet space.
Thanks for viewing.
