Comfortable double room with double wardrobes

I am looking for ONE STABLE, LONG-TERM, RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL flatmate or couple who would have in the main EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to my home which is a two bedroom flat, hence the price of the double room. This need has arisen because I am currently living away to look after long-term, my terminally ill mother. I would ideally like to rent out the beautiful and well double room but I am open to offers if you would prefer the single room, then that is fine although this will command a different price but you will still mainly have sole access to my flat.

Beautiful fully furnished DOUBLE OR SINGLE room with wardrobe(S), chests of draws and a desk/dressing table (other storage also available) in a medium ground floor flat with gardens, own parking and patio in Penwortham. Just twenty minutes walk from Preston Town centre and Railway Station and 15 minutes by bike. Regular bus services also. It is well connected to all routes including the motorways. I am looking for a professional working person/mature student with a mature, well informed and responsible outlook, who is clean and tidy, reliable, honest and trustworthy. I have high standards in terms of cleanliness and organisation so YOU MUST BE WILLING TO keep the flat clean and tidy. I am currently staying with my mum so in the main you will have the space to yourself but you will need to be responsible, proactive and autonomous in keeping the flat clean and tidy. Ideal if it is an outdoor person who likes gardening; it has two large gardens although this is preferable not essential. I am not just looking for someone to take the room but a trustworthy flatmate so it is important that we share common interests and can get on well so when I may eventually return to my flat we can get along. I appreciate good food, fine wine, the great outdoors and the Arts. I also have extra storage space in the form of fitted cupboards and a garage if needed.
