This is a spacious double bedroom with two large fitted wardrobe which is very good for storage. It also has a large fitted desk. The room is south-facing with sunlight from morning till the evening. It belongs to a two bedroom apartment.
The place also has a balcony which faces the marina and a very nice place to chill out. Since it is located on the 3rd floor so there is a good privacy from people walking and jogging past.
The place is quiet. It is located on the top floor so there is no people living above and only one neighbour on one side who is a doctor works at hospital. I am a working profession on medical device research and development. And I do stay over in the second bedroom every now and then due to work requirements. So it is nice and quiet and I would like someone who is also similar minded and can take care of my place.
