The space is best suited to someone quiet, tidy, and considerate, as this is a private home (not a house share), and we prioritize maintaining a clean and peaceful environment. You will be sharing bathroom with one other female ONLY.

• Street parking available before the house.

Pricing:
• Reduced from £650 to per month to secure the right person quickly (Rent can be reduced further for a weekday ONLY person)
• All bills included (council tax, electricity, water, internet).
• Refundable deposit: £300 only.
• Minimum tenancy is 6 months.
