Looking for a flatmate to share a homely home

Hi everyone,

A room has become available in this 3 bed house in Ashton. There's an open plan kitchen/living area, fairly large garden and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The 3rd bedroom is an office you can use if you WFH and also has a sofa bed in there. You are only sharing the house with 1 other. There's 1 bathroom so you'd be sharing that with the other housemate. The house is furnished with a brand new kitchen, large TV, washing machine, lots of plants and has been very well looked after. The back yard also had a shed for extra storage. The room is furnished with a brand new queen bed, wardrobe and drawers. Location wise it's close to lane ends where there are a number of shops and pubs and about 15 min walk to town. It's also about 10 min walk to the 23 bus stop which will take u right outside Royal Preston Hospital and UCLAN.

I was living in the house but have recently moved to Australia so looking for someone to take my spot. The other house mate is Emma, she is 26 and a PhD student studying clinical psychology.

She is looking for someone who's happy to split the load with cleaning and looking for that family feel environment where you can hang out but of course also being considerate of each other's space. She is into climbing, cooking and outdoors.

The boring stuff:
- Rent 550pcm (includes all bills, council tax and internet)
- Deposit 1 months rent
- Thee room is free now and we plan on doing viewings this week
