Double bedroom - cosy house - near central Preston

Hi! I’ve just moved into my first home and I’m looking to rent out a double room to 1 other person. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, but currently has a double bed in. The house is 3 bed, so the 3rd smaller room will have a single bed for guests and a desk for working from home/study. As I’ve just moved in, I’m still in the process of decorating but the house is already pretty cosy!! It’s in a small development near the Fulwood/Blackpool Road area and is a 20 minute walk to the uni or 25 minutes to the centre of town. Bills are included and there is off street parking spaces available within the development for free use. There are 2 toilets, 1 is upstairs which you will mostly have sole use of as I have a shower room, so will only use the toilet.
I currently work part time and study part time, so I’m not in the house a lot during the days but like to get on with anyone I’m sharing a living space with :) I also really love a clean and tidy environment, so please only get in touch if you do too. I love hanging out and doing activities outside of the house with a housemate, and respect that time alone is also important!
