Double Room in detached easy going home

I have a furnished double room available in a three bedroomed detached house in a quiet cul de sac, shared with myself.

There is full use of large open plan kitchen and facilities, large fridge / freezer, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. also free wifi, ample parking, close to transport and shops

There are two sitting rooms, both have large tv's and sky, so plenty of space to relax in personal space if needed. I have an en-suite, so main bathroom is mainly sole use.

I am quiet, easy going and friendly who enjoys socialising with friends and neighbours and occasionally the odd glass of wine after a hard days work. My Previous tenant of over two years remains a dear friend and highly recommends.
