I have a lovely spacious master bedroom for rent in Rawtenstall. The town centre is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobes, 50” 4K TV, dressing table, and chair.

There is a spectacular view of Whinberry Naze from the back of the house and I have a small yard with a sofa swing to enjoy it from. We also have access to a large grassy garden which is a total sun trap!

There is a shared bathroom, open plan living room/kitchen and a separate dining room. I also have storage space that you are welcome to utilise.

We’re a friendly household, we often hang out in the living room and share meals, you are welcome to also but not obliged, we also go out together sometimes on evenings and days off. :)

There is gas central heating throughout the property, and fast broadband. There is on-street parking and the neighbours are lovely.

All bills are included in the rent. Gas, electric, water and high speed Internet.
