Great modern cottage, 5 beds, although no en-suite a seperate shower room is available only for the lodgers use, the rooms are fully furnished, , internet connection. new furniture and some renovated furniture, the beds are king size and really comfy, as you can see from the photos, there is a big dining room, living room and kitchen, a washing machine, dryer and dish washer, we have a great outdoor garden for summer evenings and bar b qs, we are 5 mins from the main bus route, to Manchester, Burnley & Bury and just around the corner from the bypass, it take 30 mins to get into Manchester from my home, by bus, the rooms are fully furnished and bedding is provided, we are situated very near all local amenities, including large supermarkets, little M&S, TK max, Asda, Tesco, we are also within walking distance of some amazing little bars, that provide live music, we also have wifi.
