Houseshare

Headlines:
• Location: on the A6, walking distance to the Wobbly Cobbler (a dangerously nice local) and Booths supermarket
• Room: double room with heaps of storage. It’s part furnished, but we can discuss taking things out or completely furnishing it

General House Features:
• Open fire in living room
• Large and dry cellar
• Back yard with parking potential (street parking around is good). I park there sometimes but I am looking to build it into a decent place to sit out in

What I’m looking for:
• mature student or professional, preferably aged 25-45
• good sense of humour/fun or some interesting interests
• similar idea of clean and tidy. I value a clean and organised (not always achieved) home and will be looking at getting a regular cleaner
• someone keen for a level of community living. Would be good to create a houseshare where we look out for each other
• someone with loads of plants!

A bit about me:
I was born and raised in Lancaster, but have spent my adult life in various places; Edinburgh, Manchester, Chamonix, Vancouver, Melbourne. I’m a keen climber and try to get out a fair bit. Also love music, beer etc like every other factory issue human. I play guitar so having someone musical would be cool.

I spend a lot of time working away. Mostly just down in Manchester but also throughout the UK and abroad. Which will mean you might have the run of the house a lot of the time. It can be unpredictable and at the moment I am actually home quite a lot.

Finally, worth mentioning is that I will be considering having another housemate move in with us later down the line, so you’d have to be keen for that. I'm not in any rush, I want to make sure I find the right fit and build a good house share for everyone involved.
