It is a semi-detached house with a front yard and a back garden. The house is in the south of Lancaster, near Lancaster University, with local amenities within a 5-minute walk, including barbers, convenience shops, restaurants, and bars.
The house is furnished, just bring in your personal things to settle in. We are hoping to live with an easy-going and not party-going person because mostly we need a quiet and suitable environment to study.
We are away for the summer holiday, and preferably the rent will cover the holiday and can be extended.
