Hi, we are a professional couple looking to rent out a living space within our home. All bills are included, there is a private driveway for parking.

We have a double room available (double bed and wardrobe provided) with ensuite, you will also have your own private living room attached to your room.

There is a fridge freezer provided in your own personal kitchen area, the main kitchen area will be shared with us and you will have use of a washer, dryer, dishwasher and cooker etc.

Virgin broadband and all bills are included. Must be OK with dogs as we have one.

We would consider a couple moving in at an extra charge.

There are excellent transport links with the m6 a few minutes drive away. We are also a 10 minute walk from Gathurst train station which goes into Manchester City centre.
