Recently moved in to a new property so currently redecorating/furnishing. I have a double bedroom spare, lovely and bright with plenty of wardrobe space. Living room, kitchen and Bathroom (Pretty small with just a shower) all downstairs. 3 Rooms upstairs (One is my bedroom and the other is my office room). The property also has a back garden.

Small shopping centre and park 1min away. Petrol station 1min away. Town centre 5-10mins. Ormskirk 10mins. Motorways 5mins.

It is currently just me in the property, although my partner will stay maybe once or twice a week. I will also occasionally have friends over but it’s mainly a very quiet household. I may also spend a couple of nights a week out of the house and when I’m working it could be more. I work as a hotel manager and my shift patterns can vary (currently off work due to COVID-19, set to return in July).

I have lived in many house shares in the UK and abroad with lots of colourful characters. So I’m not new to living with strangers. I’m pretty easy going and spend most of my time at home just cooking, cleaning and relaxing.
