We’re looking for a Christian lodger to rent a good-sized bedroom in our 3-bed semi-detached family home. This would suit a respectful, friendly individual who is comfortable living next door to a baby under 1 year old.

The Home:
3-bed semi-detached house
2-car driveway
Garden
Living room with two 2-seater sofa beds
Separate dining room
Fully equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, coffee machine, Velvetiser, air fryer, etc.)
Downstairs family bathroom with toilet and shower over bath.

The Room:
Currently our baby’s bedroom/playroom – will be fully cleared and set up for you
Good-sized room (we recommend a double bed)
Blackout blinds
Two wardrobes, one with drawers, for clothes and belongings
Upstairs Layout
Main bedroom (occupied by us)
Your bedroom
Small box room used as an office – available for your use if you work from home or are a student.

Location & Amenities
CO-OP, Post Office, corner shops and Aldi all within walking distance
The Concourse Shopping Centre a short drive away
Close driving distance to Ormskirk, St Helens, Edge Hill University and surrounding areas.

Important Info
You’ll be living next door to a baby under 1 year old
He is generally a good sleeper, but occasional unsettled nights are part of family life.
If you ever need distance from noise, we have downstairs sofa beds available.

Rent & Terms
£550 per month – all bills included
(WiFi, electric, gas, water, council tax)
£250 deposit
1 month’s rent upfront
Minimum stay: 3 months
Move-in ASAP
Lodger agreement to be signed
Kitchen space will be allocated for your food.
