There is a lounge/living room, kitchen, walk in wet room/shower room and separate toilet room. The bungalow has a garage and driveway for off road parking, Gardens front and rear.
The bungalow has double glazing, and central heating. I have Sky/ Broadband/Wifi.
I am the main permanent long term tenant living in and in charge of this property and I am looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, responsible, clean and tidy.
Nice, quiet location not far from Cleveleys centre with access to bus routes etc.
I will require references from anyone who is interested.
