Double room available for respectful vegetarian (at least in the house) in central Tod.. All bills inc WiFi (slightly rubbish- I've tried everything) are included. There's a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. I'm quite quiet at home and prefer similar though I'm very happy for you to be yourself and do your thing. I have an older cat who can be a bit smelly but he is lovely and I do whatever I can to clean up after him!!
There are no hard and fast rules. Most of my lodgers have been quite clean and tidy and that seems to work.
Available from 1st May.
Deposit required and pay £450 up front for the coming month. You just need to give one month's notice from the 1st of the month when leaving.
There's a possibility to extend the let but we'll need a good chat first.
