Double room to rent, Todmorden (listing updated)

I have a lovely (smallish) double room to rent, central location so easy walk into Tod (less than ten mins) and next to the canal, five minutes walk to the supermarket. All bills included in the monthly rent. Available from August 15th.

I'm looking for someone clean and tidy, any gender welcome. Pets are welcome. I'm big on music/gigs and events, and I enjoy walking. I'm sociable, but this isn't a party house! I work Mon-Fri and get up quite early for work in Manchester, so please consider if that would work for you. I'm out most of the day during week days. Smokers OK but not in the house.

I'm looking for someone who is preferably not working full time from home, due to the nature of the living space.

The house has 2 bathrooms, the main one being next to the bedroom, and this would mainly be yours to use. It has a large tub and a shower attachment. There's a large wardrobe in a small third bedroom just across the landing that you can use too, and 2 chests of drawers and underbed storage in the room itself. The only free standing shower is in the ensuite in the main bedroom. I'm happy to share this, so please consider whether you'd be comfortable with this arrangement too. There's a little yard at the back, and a lovely open space out the front that gets full sun, where we like to socialise. The bedroom for rent also gets full sun and has really nice views. The bright pink wall can either be left as is, or I have a lovely peaceful blue shade that I can paint it instead, or I'm open to ideas. You are welcome to share the whole living space with me, and make this house your home.
