Forming a community house share in Tod

Hi, I’m looking for three people to form a shared household in Todmorden!

I'm looking at a house on Halifax Road, about a 20 minute walk from The Golden Lion.

It's a 5-bed new-build that feels ideal for 4 people, as one room is too small for a bedroom.

"Room 1" - Double room with en-suite on first floor
"Room 2" - Double room on second floor
"Room 3" - Really big double room on second floor

I was thinking I'd take the other double room on the first floor, as well as the box room next to it (for my electronic drum kit).

The ground floor is a big open-plan kitchen / living area, plus not one but two toilets!

Looking for people in their 30s / 40s (or thereabouts) looking to slow down and feel a sense of community at home.

For me, it would be great to eat shared (vegan) dinners most nights, taking turns to cook.

Also, big walks, watching films, going down the Golden Lion.

Total rent: £1,650 per month (which averages at £410 pppm).

Exactly how that's divided across the rooms could be figured out - I just put some suggestions on the ad.

The house is unfurnished so people would need to bring their own bedroom stuff. And it would be great to furnish the rest using second hand furniture.

The house isn’t secured yet - I’d like to "buddy up" with people and move it forward.

If this particular house doesn’t work out, I’d be open to looking at other options as a group.
