Double room in central Tod

I might have a spare room available in central Tod, available March onwards 🏡🪴
Rent will be between around £400 (not including bills) for one unfurnished bedroom with shared use of an office/laundry room and sharing a bathroom, kitchen, and furnished living room
Quick walk to Aldi, Tod sports centre etc.
No garden but quiet cul-de-sac road nr the park, and I have a bench and plants outside

Looking for someone with a similar vibe and interests- Id like a housemate I can socialise with, cook with etc. I'm mostly cook mostly veggie/vegan but occasionally eat fish.
I like a chill, clean, calm house environment overall and enjoy socialising, being outside in nature, and seeing friends!

WiFi is about to be installed, parking is on-street. Bills will be split equally, probably £200-250 per person (inc council tax & WiFi) monthly.
