Also blackout curtains and voils, original wooden flooring and 4-panel door, rug, bedding and towels if needed.  Tastefully decorated and a really lovely room.  
Situated on a garden fronted street, the townhouse also has an outside back area with a table, chairs, plants, veg patch and communal space. To be shared with the landlady and other family member (we're both used to sharing our space with lodgers).  

Inside there is a communal living room, small kitchen, shared basic bathroom, lodger accommodation
on the middle floor and I have the upstairs  private  attic  space.  

All things like pots and pans can be found, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc. 

Both inside and the neighbourhood are pretty chilled out, although certain times of the day can be busy, therefore any lodger must be suited to communal living. Plenty of street parking opposite.  Convenient central Todmorden location near to the wonderful main park, shops and market, bus and train station, pubs and nightlife, also easy to get on to the hill tops for walks.
