Hi, furnished double room available for a Female 40+ years in Todmorden just 4 miles from Hebden Bridge. Preferably non smoker/no addiction problems. Amenities and communal areas shared with me and 3 friendly cats in well kept house.
Semi rural area yet close to town centre. On street parking. Rear yard/garden. Quiet area with friendly neighbours. 10 min walk to train station with good links to surrounding cities and towns. 5 min walk town centre, 2 walk min to bus routes. 2 min walk into beautiful countryside.
I'm respectful of personal space. I don't have many visitors and I would expect this of you too. Any visitors saying over night are by prior arrangement. I enjoy listening to music/radio but also like quiet time. I am often out working during the day. I use my private personal rooms a lot. I am an artist and practice yoga a few times a week. My partner may visit 1 night a week. I like cooking and I may be happy to eat together sometimes if mutually convenient.
