Just bought a house and will be moving in at the end of September. I'm looking to let a room out long term. Really nice 2 bed cottage in the quiet area of Upholland 15 minute drive into wigan and 5 minutes from M6/M58. Secure off road parking available.
I'm looking for someone who I will be able to get on with rather than someone who just wants a room. I work away a few nights a week so there will be times where you would have the place to yourself.
I'm really easy going, clean and tidy and expect the same. I work hard Monday - Friday and like to relax at the weekend although I'm far past the stage of being out on the town every weekend.
