I am offering a spacious master bedroom with a fully furnished house in a quiet area of Wigan, very close to the train and bus stations. The house is a spacious 2 bed terrace with a living room, bathroom, kitchen and back yard. The 2nd 'guest' bedroom will be used by myself for storage purposes, I will not actually be living there, so you will basically have the house to yourself (my family will access my room occasionally). Currently, we are using the house at the moment and the photos show the clutter of a 'lived in' environment. This will be tidied up significantly prior to departure.
My neighbours are middle-aged, friendly, quiet people, so I hope to find someone who is similar to them and won't cause any discontent.
High speed broadband, TV Licence and bills will be included in the price. However, you will have to register with the council and pay council tax yourself.
This property is in Wigan Council Tax Band A.
A parking permit will be required if you wish to park your car, but I understand that this will not be expensive.
I will require references and/or a guarantor due to the problems caused by a previous tenant.
