I have a spacious double room in a beautiful property located in Pemberton, Wigan. It's equipped with a TV, a workstation and plenty of storage for your needs. The tenant will have access to all communal parts of the property. The bathroom is shared so I ask that you are tidy and considerate.
On a personal level, am a friendly, decent, vibrant and respectful hardworking professional. I'm easy to get along with and very polite. I do not envisage our relationship will be that of the typical landlord/tenant relationship. So I'd hope you'd feel quickly settled in your new home.
I go away most days for work a lot so you'll get plenty of free space to yourself. So I'm looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and responsible. The person MUST be a working professional in a secured employment.
