Its been refurbished to a high standard with brand new kitchen and brand new showers.

This would ideally suit someone who would like a room in a more peaceful and quiet house who would like to come back to a clean house.

Conveniently located in the fabulous location of Leicester and 2 mins bus to centre which is in easy reach of all the main links, buses and main business parks and walking distance to fosse park.

The house has new furniture and new carpets in all the room and you will have your own bathroom.

The rent includes ALL the bills ( gas, elec, council tax, water, tv licence and broadband) and we have a cleaner once a week who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

We currently are looking for professionals over 21, considerate housemates who respect other peoples boundaries and are clean and tidy and can create a nice friendly vibe.

We will consider mature students however must be over 21.
