Bills are included in the rent (provided average usage is maintained) and comprise of Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Virgin super fast broadband and TV Licence.

The housemate is a 29y/o working professional (Male) living 4 days a week in the house and on work trips during the rest of the week. This may vary from week to week.

The ideal tenant will be a clean and working professional, students may also be considered. Unfortunately, I'm not looking for a couple to rent the room.

The house is located within a 10min drive from the M69 and M1.
40 min walk to the city centre or a 10min drive.

A large Aldi is within a 15-minute walk of the house, as well as local shops, numerous takeaways, pubs, a cinema, and a TSB bank.
