Tired of living with lots of people? We have a lovely room sharing with just 3 other people! The house is quiet and spacious with good transport links to the city centre, LRI, Aylestone & Wigston.

Need to work from home? All of our rooms have desks and there is high speed broadband throughout the house! We want you to join our community!

We aim to make your shared living experience as smooth and inclusive as possible. To us you’re more than a tenant, you’re a member of the community, with minimum fuss and maximum focus on you! With 24-hour response to maintenance queries. Making sure you are as comfortable as possible is our top priority!

THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house includes a contemporary kitchen, seating area and 50 inch TV! You will have use of a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly and a gardener to maintain the garden. Parking available on street (no permit needed).

THE ROOM 🛌
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk and comfy sofa, a bedside table, desk and chair. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

The location is fantastic, the property semi-detached and is close to the City centre, close to junction 21 of the M1, close to major bus routes, shops and restaurants. There is a medical centre and post-office close by too.
