You will have your own Private parking space If you drive at the back of the house in. However there is also a Bus Stop less than a 3 minute walk away with easy access into Leicester City Centre and Uni campus.
You will live with 1 other Tennant, who is a working professional so will have free rein of the house yourself a fair amount .

I am Looking for a Tennant who will respect my home as their own.
You will have use of the whole house, a stunning kitchen. The front room equipped with 45inch smart TV with High speed internet, and the garden has full furniture and a BBQ for those rare but lovely summer days!

The Village (Barrow upon Soar), is a lovely little village with several pubs, a co-op, and several takeaways all within walking distance (5min walk into the centre of the village).
Everything you need is at your fingertips.
