I have a double room available Mon-Fri (£40 per night) available in quiet village location of East Leake , outside Loughborough.
** Must be employed (no benefits or couples).
Priority given to females & NHS staff and ideal for a professional who works away from home during the week who is looking for a comfortable friendly place to stay.
This is an exceptionally large four bedroom house and the room for rent is a double room with fitted wardrobes at the back of the house overlooking the back garden.
The room is situated on the far side of the house with access to a separate bathroom from the landlord with bathroom with shower/bath. Towels & bedding are washed weekly by live in landlord.

Must be a Professional Mon-Fri preferred.
NO COUPLES.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY
Will consider veterinary students/staff from local vet college.
Priority given to females and NHS staff.

Parking. Meals can be provided for an additional cost.
