Comfortable house in Edith Weston with decent sized rear garden overlooking Rutland Water. Edith Weston is on the south shore of Rutland Water, roughly 10-15 mins away from Stamford, Oakham and Uppingham and 20-25 mins to Corby and Melton. Off-road parking space.

The room available is a good sized double, with a double bed and built-in wardrobe.

There is a shared newly installed shower-room and separate WC.

I work shifts for one of the emergency services, so I'd be looking for a considerate housemate. You MUST also be very comfortable/confident around dogs as I have a few (though they are a small breed that don't shed fur or smell. They will insist on attention and cuddles!). I am relaxed and friendly, drama free and grounded, just as happy hanging out in the lounge watching a film with a cheeky takeaway as I am chilling out in my own room.

The house has had building work done on it recently for a brand new kitchen and outside decking looking over Rutland Water. The house is generally clean and tidy, but not obsessively so. Smoking is fine in the garden but not in the house. The house has fibre broadband and a newish boiler for reliable hot water and heat!

Couples are welcome to apply. The rent will be £550 for a couple or £600 if you would like the larger room including sofa. Deposit will be as advertised.
