Here I have a lovely double bedroom that has it's own built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, plus a TV with free view. You only need to pay the rent of the room and don't need to worry about paying any bills, as I will sort them out. Inside the property is a nice shared living space with kitchen, living room, conservatory, garden bathroom and downstairs toilet.
If you're looking for a relaxed and friendly area, then my place is spot on. The property has the positive of off street parking available if you have a car and is located in a quiet village area surrounded by nearby countryside. However, it's no more than a 5-10 minute drive before you are near the local towns. There is also a local bus service nearby that go through the village to both Leicester city centre and out towards Market Harborough. The area has lots of lovely places to go for walks and or cycling and has a couple of pubs and takeaways nearby. I also find the neighbours are very friendly and easy to talk to.
