We have 1 double bedroom available in our 4-bedroom detached house, rent is £140 per week with all bills inclusive. We are a family of 4, myself, my wife, a young boy, and a girl. I work in London Mon-Fri so only my wife and kids live during the week. We are friendly and would like to share our house with like-minded single females. The area is very leafy with a park behind the property and a nice walk to the Fosse Park shopping center. We have parking available and it's 5 mins from M1 and 10 mins to the city. There are 2 bathrooms and a WC, family bathroom is almost the sole use of the tenant. There's a nice garden to relax in after work in summer, the area is quiet and residential.
