A double bedroom available in a modern two bed home in Glenfield, Leicester. Direct bus route (13) to Leicester city centre is just a 1 minute walk away.

Price includes: WiFi, Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Premium TV Package. Occupier will require their own contents insurance if protection is required.

The upstairs bathroom, downstairs WC, living room and kitchen are all shared. Washing machine and tumble dryer also available to use on a shared basis. Off road parking space included.

There are several walking / open spaces nearby, whilst the city centre is also only a 10 minute drive away. Easy access to the A46 and M1 is also a huge bonus.
I am a 30 year old male and am the only full time occupant of the house, alongside 2 very affectionate cats! I would like to live with someone / people of a similar age. My current and previous housemates are happy to give references (mixture of male and female).

Living style is adaptable depending on what you are looking for, I'm happy to keep everything separate and just share space, but equally happy to split shopping bills, share meals and spend time together when we are both at home. Previous occupiers of this room have stayed in touch and become long term friends.

ALL pets would need to be agreed in advance due to existing pets and allergies.

Due to my work, a criminal record / background check will be completed on the successful applicant. In the unlikely event of a failed check, we would be unable to proceed and any agreements in place would become void.

Price for a couple would be £550 per month - to account for extra bills and usage.
