There is a small fridge, microwave with a selection of kitchen utensils.

Access is via a side gate into the rear of the garden.

Off road parking available.

This is a converted garage with natural light from the door. There is an extractor fan in the bathroom.. There is a blind and curtain at the door. The boiler is located in the wardrobe within the room which has just been serviced. There is also a carbon monoxide monitor and smoke alarm in the room.

Lovely new double bed with new bedding.,, TV with freeview New bedding and cushions. Wardrobe and drawers!

No washing machine is provided or access to the main house.,

I have 2 super friendly labradors who you may see in the garden when you are coming and going.,

WiFi and bills included.

There is a 24 hour Asda at the end of the road, the kings arms pub is very near and a couple of other nice pubs in the village.

At the end of the road is the Skylink to leicester, Derby and East Midlands Airport.

Off-road car parking is available.
