Double Room For Rent Unfurnished

The Flat is unfurnished, It has fridge and washing machine.
No deposit needed - I might be able to find a double bed if that is something you are interested,
For people that need a short time accommodation ( that is fine) Preferred long time stay.
Rent can be negotiated a little depending of your situation ( single/couple).
I Work nights and that means I am not that present, I sleep during the day it may feel like You are home alone sometimes. I do try to be sociable as much as possible.
Respect for personal space and tidiness is a must in order to get along without problems.
I have no problem with couples renting, I am ok with people (friends) coming for visits.
Heating is electric only - water meter installed.
The entire flat has been refurbished recently.
For women / couple that are interested in renting they don't need to worry I have excellent manners and I respect all shared spaces.
Pets are not allowed in the flat.
The bigger room is for renting, it is also the one with the wardrobe space.
