Double room available in cosy girly house

I am looking to rent my spare room in my 3 bed semi-detached house. I am in my mid 20's looking for a lovely women who would like a girly home to stay in. More than welcome to decorate your room and bring any of your things, big or small. There is lots of loft space and shed in the garden. There is 2 parking spaces next to the property and one at the front. A large living/dining area with a large tv with netflix and amazon prime, electric fire, large kitchen with breakfast bar, upstairs and downstairs toilets, large garden and furniture. I do have 3 cats who are very friendly and clean. Wifi is included aswell as all the bills. You will have your own areas in the kitchen for your food etc. I work 9-5 daily and I am home most nights cooking dinner, watching television and doing arty bits and bobs. I have a spare single bed however you’re more than welcome to bring another or discuss bed options with myself. please feel free to message regarding anything 🥰
