Double room available In this friendly house

Our house

We are looking for a Lodger. You will be living with Me, my wife and my 22 year old son. However, you won’t Be seeing him much as he rarely leaves his room because he’s always playing Fortnite. The room Is a cosy double and is fully furnished. A deposit of £200 will be required before you move in. We will also require references. We are sociable so should you wish to join us for dinner Or sit in the lounge with us, you will be more than welcome to. alternatively we have a dining room which you could use should you wish to have your own space. we like casually drinking, not being wasted and stumbling into stuff. We would also like somebody to join us on days out and for family gatherings but on some Family events we may ask for privacy. This room will be perfect for somebody who is just moving out of home and would like that bit more independence. You must also be pet friendly as We have two cats.
