The property has two sociable spaces for you to chill in, each with a smart curved screen 49 inch TV
The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect space to prepare your favourite meals after a hard day at work and chat with like-minded people.
Appliances and equipment all ready for you!
There is a weekly cleaner for all the communal areas.

OUTDOOR LIVING
To the rear of the house there is a small private garden and patio area ideal for summer barbecues.
The garden is for your enjoyment as our friendly gardener takes care of the space.
There are Tables & Chairs to relax and watch the sun go down.

LOCATION
Ideally located for Hinckley, Nuneaton , Atherstone , Enderby, Leicester, Ibstock and Coventry all of which are within an easy 30 minute commute.
You will find us on a quiet residential road yet within easy reach of the M69 and only a 20 minute walk from the very centre of Hinckley.
The Hinckley railway station is 1.9 mile away.
There is a bus stop just around the corner from the house with buses running every 20 minutes to Hinckley city centre and the surrounding area.

LOCAL INFO
The local supermarket is just 0.5 miles away as is the nearest pub and the nearest Chinese takeaway.
The main shopping centre (the crescent) with it' s multi screen cinema , bars, restaurants and supermarket is just 1.6 miles away .
The local leisure centre is just 1.5 miles away as is the local theatre.

Preferably professional housemates need only apply, sorry no couples, pets or children.
