A furnished double room is available in a modern, comfortable house just under a mile from the University of Leicester, and a short walk to the popular Clarendon Park area. There’s free on-street parking available right outside the house.

The room comes furnished with a small double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.

Rent includes high-speed internet and council tax. Energy and water bills are shared equally between occupants.

Currently you’d be living with just myself (working full-time at Leicester hospitals). This would be ideal for a professional or student looking for a tidy and relaxed household.
